Determined to keep Florida the best place to live, work, and raise a family, Paul led the charge to make life more affordable for all Floridians, many of whose family budgets were being crushed by the rising cost of living.
He supported major reforms to stabilize Florida’s collapsing property insurance market, ending frivolous lawsuits while protecting consumers during the claims process.
With home values and property taxes on the rise, Paul championed a constitutional amendment, approved by voters in 2024, to provide meaningful relief and address Florida’s housing affordability crisis head-on.
He also led efforts to restore balance to Florida’s civil justice system, reining in lawsuit abuse that quietly raises costs on families and businesses. Thanks to these reforms, Florida is one of the only states where auto insurance premiums are actually going down.
But the work isn’t finished. Paul remains committed to advancing common-sense reforms that keep Florida not only affordable, but prosperous and full of opportunity so that every family and business can thrive.
